The women who pick up the phone have no manners and will hang up on you. If you are looking for black girls with bad attitudes, please just grab your popcorn and a soda and step into this salon..Poor owner. She probably has no choice but to hire these young girls who could care less about what the word customers mean. Like I said,customer service is dead. Occasionally you will get a decent stylist who knows how to bring you back. Sad. I am surprised the salon is still standing with so many staff changes. It is cheap though..Probably because the bad attitude is high.
