Beautiful lay out and space but very bad service. Every time I visit this store the sale associates give a lot of attitude and very unhelpful. Just two days ago, they didn't even bother to check and just told me they are out of stock for all four different curtains that I wanted to buy ( what the chance that all four are out of stock and if they all are why they still have it on the sale floor?). Save your time and go to West Elm in Chelsea. The staffs there are much nicer and much more helpful.
