Normal wait time to pick up a package is 1.25 hrs. Today's wait time is 2 hrs. This is standard. Whenever I have to pickup a package, I always allow 2.5 hrs just in case. I feel bad for the people who work here. The job is just too much for them. They would probably find a more enjoyable job somewhere else with fewer responsibilities. I can't comment on the entire staff, but at least some are partially illiterate; there are handwritten signs all over and most have spelling mistakes on simple words and the grammar in general is poor. It's shameful to put people who aren't equipped for this type of job in these positions; it's mean spirited to do it to them as well as a poor decision when thinking about the community they serve.
