Moving into the solar industry was a no brainer for me, but which solar company was a whole other question. UGE's impressive client portfolio and dedication to it's engineering department (something I value as an individual with an education background in engineering) sparked my interest in the company and after a few rounds of interviews and a job offer I was very excited to join the team. I can now say this was the best decision I could have made and UGE is the solar company to watch. The team is really more like family and everyone is truly driven by passion to lead an international solar revolution.
