Traffic violations bureau is run by administrative Law Judges area bunch of miserable out of work lawyers incapable of rational thought or common sense. You cannot plea bargain, you cannot use logic, and you cannot cite the law because they're not interested. Do not think that the city has to prove their case against you with "clear and convincing evidence" They simply read their notes from the ticket and BAM---Guilty!

Do not bother trying to fight a ticket unless there is a technical defect or you have overwhelming evidence such as video to dispute the ticket. A witness is because the officers word is gospel to these judges

NYPD Officer G Green appeared at my court date at the TVB in Harlem and lied under oath. I proved he lied and the judge still found him to be credible. LOL What a joke this corrupt city has become.
