Ted's Montana Grill at 110 West 51st Street, New York, New York.

Deeply disturbed by what happened here. Our server Keith, never once came for refills in a table of 11 over the hour and half we were there nor did he check up on us. One of the soft drinks fell on my friend's food while he was eating and spilled all over the table. Keith just watched and didn't even flinch. He walked away without offering any help or even a new drink or burger. After all this I left a $0 tip for this outrageous service, only to find out that he had retroactively gone in and changed my tip amount to $10! I will be filing an official complaint against this restaurant. Think of how many others he may have done this to. So petty and so shameful.

Excellent service, our waiter Melissa was fantastic! The food is delicious, we had bison burgers & steak that was cooked to our liking. The location is conveniently located in Midtown, walking distance from hotel.
