Worst staff I have even seen. They have messed up my number and I had to use a temp number for 24 hours before my number getting transferred back. They offered no compensation for this inconvenience. The next morning I restarted my phone and instead of getting my phone number back, I got my husband's number to my SIM card! I called the store and the staff who picked up said she wasn't there when this happened so she couldn't help. When I asked to talk the manager, she hung up! This is not acceptable!

Bunch of thieves , they made me transfer from Verizon to T-MOBILE , saying I would get $150.00 per each line transferred , and they would pay the Verizon Early termination fee about $500.
After 4 months and countless phone calls , they always said they will call me right back , but they never did. Finally, they told me that I have to choose between $150 per transfer line or $500 early termination, is not what I signed up for, I only signed up with T-Mobile because I was excited about the promotion that they offered me at that moment, meaning $150 (*2 lines) per line and $500 early termination fee=$800, on top of that they said that they sent me the lowest promotion $150 *2 lines=$300, so they made a decision for myself. As of today, I never They lied to me about the promotions and Have no moral , If you cannot stay away from this store I recommend using a tape recorder when dealing with them .
They are master scam artist .
