Indifferent stuff. Not helpful at all. The customer representative we were talking too seemed uncomfortable with customers and shy. I understand that she was probably new so that was OK and I don't want her to be fired or anything but may be she should call someone for help. Also, some people may disagree with me, but I do think that super long nails does not look professional and prevent person from doing any kind of job.
