The Russian Tea Room at 150 West 57th Street, New York, New York.

It was nice. Had the afternoon tea with a glass of champagne. The savories were better than the sweets. I liked the tea with the addition of the cherry syrup. The service is nice and attentive. They refill your pot and the room is as opulent and cozy as you'd expect. They let us sit as long as we wanted which was really nice as I was having a long chat with a friend and it was cold outside. Overall still a nice experience for the NY institution. I do wish the sweets were less of an afterthought.
