I'll start this by saying what I said to the front desk before leaving, "this experience has been wonderful". It really was. My friend and I went to get piercings together (mine: nostril, hers: conch) and from the start it was great. Julie (or Julia? sorry) was so patient with us when helping us pick out the right jewelry and it felt like she was even enjoying the experience with us, which is huge. We both got pierced by Keylan and he's amazing. I really loved that no matter what he was a no BS, calm, and collected professional. He didn't hesitate with his input on which side or what piece of jewelry I picked (I was having a tough time deciding) and when it came to the actual act of piercing he just did it while continuing our conversation. I was so nervous to get it done, but I really appreciated the fact that he didn't coach me through it, like "ok, I'm gonna do it now..." and instead he just continued talking and went for it. It allowed for me to not anticipate and tense up; and honestly, the piercing didn't hurt at all. I've had no visible swelling, redness, or pain since the piercing yesterday and it looks amazing. I really cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and how it operates. thank you, NY adorned, for such a great experience and such an awesome piercing. P.S. they have gorgeous jewelry there too.
