Calle nad spoke with Nakita on Monday, explain that I MUST have the article back before Friday was ASSURED that would not be a problem and told to leave it at the doorman as they come "super early" to pick up items.
I hung up and was online looking at MANY of these poor reviews and got a little nervous so I called back (call recorded) and said that I was concerned because a lot of online reviews show that you keep items longer than promised and said I needed to confirm I would have the article back on Thursday. Nakita assured me this was no problem and I hung up.

Called today to see the status since I never heard from them.
Was told "can I call you back in 10 minutes so I can see if we have it"
I was in shock "IF YOU HAVE IT?!?!" It was promised BACK to me today and you don't even know if you have it??

I called my lobby again and sure enough, they NEVER EVEN PICKED IT UP!!!!!!!

I called back and the person who answered wouldn't give me the manager and could NOT care any less. She took ZERO responsibility and made ZERO effort to offer any alternative solution.

Maybe this place had its moment back in the day, but STAY AWAY NOW
