LOG-ON Computer & Mailing Services at 520 8th Avenue, New York, New York.

I work for small non-profit, and we used Log-on for our most important fundraiser of the year - we depended on them. They blew it (after having done so to a smaller extent over the last few years on other projects), and my patience has run out.

Their work is shoddy, attention to detail is non-existent, and customer service is entirely self-serving. They disregard timelines, make excuses, and refuse to take responsibility for errors.

Examples of the latest screw-ups:
- I received PROOFS for materials ON the planned mail date.
- I received proofs for MORE materials AFTER the planned mail date.
- They gave me wrong information about mailing.
- They lost the database for a mailing for 10 days, contributing to a 3-day delay.
- They didn't ship extras as requested for 3 weeks after printing was done.
- Printing would have been done with MAJOR errors had I not babysat them and double checked their work.

When I called to complain, they gave me a "goodwill" minimal discount, and took no responsibility for their errors. Their shoddy work, inattention to detail, and inability to understand the consequences of their failures are dramatic. I will never use them again, and neither should you.
