What makes for a great meal? It’s not only the meal itself, isn’t it? It’s what brought you there, when you couldn’t get fast service at a neighboring restaurant; it’s the service itself (my kind speedy waiter), when having only an hour left before the big show; it’s my companion and the atmosphere of business right by your shoulder and serenity of the cozy nook where we sat; it’s our short stories to each other, while in between our conversation we would say to each other “try this, isn’t it great!” Really, it was.
