I loved my experience at Koru! The space is inviting and comfortable (not cold and intimidating like some medical spas), and everything in the office, including the equipment, is brand new. Dr. Chin was amazing! She patiently listened to all of my concerns and walked me through all of the treatment options. I never once felt pressured, and she very thoroughly explained all of the benefits, risks, process, and even science behind each procedure. At other places, I've felt rushed and uncomfortable asking questions, but Dr. Chin was so accommodating! I also appreciated that she had experienced the procedures herself and could explain exactly what to expect. I saw an immediate noticeable improvement in my skin after my visit with Dr. Chin! Can't recommend her enough!
