Great Jones Spa at 29 Great Jones Street, New York, New York.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was just awful. This was supposed to be a present for my boyfriends birthday and for 55$ I was expecting much more!
I could have had the same spa experience in my bathtub at home. The water lounge is tiny, the cold water plunge is not even cold and there is almost no space to lay down and relax after. Everyone is talking and the atmosphere was not relaxing at all. The steam room has Christmas lights in the ceiling which is advertised as a stimulating chakra steam room.
The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and did not even say goodbye to us though the staff working in the water lounge was very efficient and friendly. The water in the spa pool was very dirty and we did not even stay the 3 hours we paid for.
I wish we could get our money back cause this was definitely not worth it and just a ripoff!
