This company needs to make changes on their guide tours ( not all them ) they are rude and our guide fought with another employee in the bus in front of everyone like in a boxing place. When I saw that ,for minutes ,I thought in nightmares . The bus had the top roof with a plastic cover what is a good idea but had a 100 scratches that's why if you want to take a picture under that cover is totally impossible. Also the cleaning of those buses are the worst. And the last thing is that after we paid $156 each person on the group we expect something a few better than we received. Not a boxing tour guide or a rude tour guide yelling in your face " if you don't trust me why did you ask me for information?"... Really ...this company is a totally joke. We were lost trying to find the places but, those guys only wanted to sell their tickets. They don't care about us at all. And they were angry just if someone asked for orientation or every information. This company needs professionals employees. In New York you can find people from every where in the world.
