If i could give them something less than 0, i would. whoever runs this public establishment needs to be fired (fired twice), retired (with no compensation) or maybe re-trained if we can be nice to him. Its not even a complex office to run.
1. They never answer your call
2. Voicemail is always full and they will not call you back AT ALL.
3. Website was built by an amateur. They need to pay attention to how old, not up to date the information and how ugly the website looks. Its 2016, not 1990.
4. Some of the employees (with honestly few exceptions) just not willing to work/help. They are not affraid of sending you 400miles back to where you came from just because they dont answer the phone.
5. The Consulate inside looks like you are entering المقاطعة او الجماعة. A ridiculous setup and environment. Where does the budget for the maintenance go?? They find the cheapest labor to accomplish work or what?

Seriously, we can help them be better, they just need to listen to the citizens.
