Review is for office staff only. I work in a dental office and called to try to obtain x-rays for a patient who could not originally recall the office name or location. After she was able to remember, I called again under the impression I was calling another office after being told they had no record of her and very rudely told, "You called here before and I told her she's not a patient here." Turns out, if you ask the spelling of a patient's name, sometimes you find out that they actually are a patient here. I can't believe there are people with jobs out there that are allowed to be so unprofessional over the phone.
