A place in New York that has stood the test of time. CSBC has been open for what feels like an eternity in NY and for good reason. The pancakes are solid, some of the best in NYC, particularly the blueberry variant. Now the waits here can SUCK... at times it's an hour and a half, but if you come on a weekday you shouldn't have any issues. The staff are nice enough, keeping in mind they are working to serve everyone during an extremely busy brunch session. If you're into chicken and waffles, this is worth a visit as well. If you've never been and you live in the area, make it a point to go at least once.
