It's a bank, they do a decent job in taking your money and keeping it safe. They also find ways to charge you fees, but most banks do this. Overall it's a good big bank, could be worse.

EDIT: Dropped a few stars, went on a day off, and tried to add my wife to the account. Thought it was done, but two weeks late and it is not yet linked. No follow up. Just been hung up on 4 times, customer service is a joke. :(
