Horrible experience . Manager lacks in management skills. I believe her name was jackeline or jacky. Went in for a simple transaction and left with nothing done. Customer service is obviously not her priority. Another middle aged women , pretty tall , short Brown hair, slim was absolutely no help either Shana or Sandra is her name. I was so enraged by my encounter with these two ladies that I just sped out. I went to the citi bank a bit further and had better service in that Location. I will no longer be a customer to this location & im pretty sure that I’m not the first nor the last.
