The staff I've are great, but the lack of communication and the feel of a 3rd world country treatment is horrible. Waiting room is too small, people stuck standing (3rd world). Waiting time is unbelievable and if you plan on being seen, be there before they open. I as a mixed American, feel this place is only geared towards Spanish speaking people. I understand the location, but not everyone speaks Spanish that comes there. The press 1 for English, press 2 for Spanish, is not even an option. Long story short, this place should be shut down.
