I found out about this place thanks to the cast of Mean Girls the musical-- they post about it weekly and gave me serious cheese envy.

We had a cheese flight (fromagère's selection), Pig's Ass sandwich, pear cider and a beer.

All of the food was delicious and the staff was polite, attentive and knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed my Caselulla experience. I was able to try cheeses I would have never tried myself and I liked how it came with something to pair with each of them.

The fromagère was very sweet and I really liked how she explained each of the cheeses to you before you dug in... she even told you which end of the plate to start at.

I can honestly say I have never been anywhere like this before. I would definitely go back again.

Just a tip, not a complaint— The location is small and it does fill up quickly so I would go as close to when it opens as possible. They opened at 5:00 and there were already about 10 people inside at 5:10. I understand why-- this place is a gem!
