Budget Car Rental at 304 W 49th St between 8th & 9th Ave, New York, New York.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. To bad I had to give one star in order to write a review if not they would have gotten 0 from me. I book a vehicle hours prior to pick up time when I arrive the agent behind the counter tells me that there's no vehicle available or anything similar to it. He tells me They need 24 hours in advance to have this vehicle at this location. I had never heard that before. We argue back-and-forth about having the vehicle available on line, to solve absolutely nothing. I had to pay for UBER #2 to get to my hotel. The staff was rude and uneducated. The agent had a nasty attitude. I forgot to grab his name when I decide to call back the person who answered the phone refused to give me their name and hung up. I call a 2nd time and was able to get a name. The worst experience ever. At 10pm no locations were open only the location at the airport which was a $35 ride on UBER. A huge headache and inconvenience. Never again!!

Oh, I had a question to the person who answers all these reviews. Is there anything else you can do besides refer us to customer service that do absolutely nothing. Do you copy and paste this message over and over?
