The customer service is non-existent. They are only there to try to clear support tickets, not to actually solve problems. I purchased a product which was defective and denied a refund. It is abundantly clear they are not interested in helping their customers but rather only interested in getting their money. They do not stand behind the products which they sell whatsoever. I certainly will never do business with them again, and I strongly recommend that others follow suit.

I was so excited to get a great deal on boots.. they charged my account and days later when I checked on the status of my order they cancelled it bc they ran out of stock. Meanwhile I am still waiting for me refund! I sent multiple emails and waited on hold forever.. never buying from them again.
