overall experienced terrible customer service at this store. First, we asked for a couple sizes and the employee rejected us right away. Then he came back and said actually they do have it (so did u even put in the effort to check?). Next I attempted to shoot a couple photos on my camera, unknowing that it was prohibited, but was immediately told off by the cashier the first time (pointing with fingers followed by a rude statement). As we approached the cashier for checkout, that same person completed the transaction with no eye contact or greeting whatsoever and was on the phone the entire time. Further, without eye contact, he rementioned that I could take a photo of the baby milo in the store (not specifying which one). I went to take some pics of the figurines in the showcase and was promptly approached by another employee warning me that I had to leave the store because I had been told already not to take pics. Yes, we know the clothing sells but this store could definitely implement more training in customer service and perhaps put some signs up indicating NO PHOTOS ALLOWED?
