Really Disappointed and Letdown.

My wardrobe is pretty much all Allsaints and wear it pretty much daily for both work and pleasure. I just tried to exchange a tshirt and they said they were not able to due to it been past the amount of days they allow. I told them the reason I wanted to return it was because it was a gift and I already have it in this color. I didn't want a different garment or money back but quite literally just the same product but in a color that I don't already have. As you can guess from this review it didn't happen and I had to walk away with a sour taste in my mouth.

I personally work in sales and if I was Allsaints would not be happy that this happened. Customer service is so important. This year alone I have bought two coat, a few t-shirts and a suit. With such little respect put into the customer satisfaction I now with I hadn't.
