My experience with this UDR property was the worst. The same week we moved in we started noticing that the hallways were always dirty - tenants dropping cans, cigarette boxes, papers, and plastic bags; even in the elevators too.
The building is filled with Pace University students who move around the building as it was a college dorm. Quite frankly, it feels like one.
During my eight months there (yes, I terminated my lease early because of these issues) I had to complain about noise and litter over 10 times, and once even was forced to call the police.
Unfortunately, the management office did very little to address all these issues above. Honestly, the worst experience I've had in a NYC "luxury apartments building" - and believe me, this building is NOT such thing.
